We provide lessons for all age and skill levels. Whether you are just beginning your field hockey journey or are an advanced player, we encourage all athletes to invest in their skill development.
When
We offer 1-hour private 1:1 or group lessons on a first come first serve basis. You can sign up using our bookings link provided above.
Where
Location is subject to change depending on field availability and athlete location.
Cost
Individual Session: $100
2 Player Session: $170 ($85 each player)
4+ Player Session: $65 per player
*Price is applicable for field player and goal keeper positions*
Coach Keira Integlia
Keira Integlia brings over 10 years of field hockey experience, competing at both NCAA Division II and III levels. A former member of the Training Squad for the USA Field Hockey Young Women's National Team (YWNT), Keira has a deep understanding of high-performance play and athlete development. She holds a USA Field Hockey Level 1 Coaching Certification and currently serves as the Head Field Hockey Coach at Albertus Magnus College and a club coach at HTC Field Hockey. She is passionate about mentoring young athletes and fostering a competitive, team-first environment.
