Prepare for your Fall season with intensity and purpose at our 2K Field Hockey Preseason Prep Clinic— a high-impact training experience designed for athletes ready to take their game to the next level.

2K Performance was developed to provide a "hands on" opportunity to have college coaches interact with prospective student-athletes on the field, not just in the stands. Our goal is to help educate and provide prospective student-athletes with a pathway and guidance to NCAA field hockey.

• Direct interaction with college coaches and recruiters, often from top NCAA programs
• Opportunity to build relationships and gain visibility through performance evaluations

• Focused drills on dribbling, passing, shooting, tackling, and goalkeeping.
• High-intensity small-sided games to enhance decision-making under pressure.
• Sessions on tactical awareness, including offensive and defensive strategies used in collegiate games.
• Position-specific training with detailed attention to individual roles (forwards, midfielders, defenders, goalkeepers).

• FIELD PLAYERS: reversible pinnie, stick, shin guards, mouthguards, turf shoes or sneakers appropriate for play on artificial turf surface (no cleats)
• GOALKEEPERS: (we do not have equipment to loan out or lend) please bring your full set of GK gear and jersey
• Please dress appropriately for training/playing sessions on the turf (t-shirts, shorts, socks, rain gear, sweatshirt, sweatpants, etc.)
• Water! We will provide water filling stations
